Pets cannot be accommodated.

Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

For the comfort of our guests, maximum occupancy is enforced and anyone who exceeds that will be asked to leave.

No daily housekeeping-Please let us know if you need fresh towels or supplies.

Not handicap accessible. The barn is “handicap friendly.”

Park in designated places close to cottage. Trailer parking is available at the back of the property. 2 vehicles per cottage-any others need to park on Kinney Street.

$150.00 cleaning fee for evidence of smoking in cottage

Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and must be requested in advance.

Some dates require a 2-3 day minimum stay and rates are based on maximum occupancy.

Minimum age of renter is 25

Cancellations

If you cancel within seven (7) days of your confirmed arrival date, and we cannot rebook your reservation, you will be subject to the lodging charges for your entire reservation. Early departures and no-shows will be charged for the whole amount of their reserved stay.
